Timely and skilled surgery which made a significiant improvement to my life. Friendly and helpful nurses at surgery. Supportive physio after OP helpful consultant secretory.
Suggested improvements
The organisation and admin around follow up appointments. I received 2 almost identical letters post-op for follow up. Came for 1st to find it had been cancelled and the 2nd letter was a rescheduled OPA but did not use re-schedule appointment letter remplate consultant was available so saw me still. Then did not.
